On any given day, you’ll find me navigating life with my blended family, raising neurodivergent kids, and offering real talk to my clients (because who has time for sugarcoating, right? 😆). Whether I’m switching from therapist mode to coach to educator for my people, or in the kitchen whipping up something delicious (because cooking is my therapy too), I’m all about living fully and authentically.
 

But it wasn’t always this way…

I used to live with an all-or-nothing attitude—constantly stuck in a cycle of doing too much or burning out, then feeling guilty anytime I took a break. I pushed myself to the brink, always feeling like I had to be "on." Even though I appeared strong and capable on the outside, inside, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and riddled with self-doubt.

Despite my best efforts, I focused on my mistakes and shortcomings, brushing aside my accomplishments as if they weren’t enough. No matter how hard I worked, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I still wasn’t worthy.

As an immigrant, a widow raising two kids, and someone who’s walked alongside family members with mental illness, I carried an immense weight on my shoulders—feeling like I couldn’t afford to fail. Every mistake felt amplified, and I was harsh on myself when I didn’t get things just right.I was always my own worst critic instead of being kind to myself.
