  • What’s the difference between this and therapy?
    This is not therapy. While I bring my background as a psychiatric mental health provider and therapist, this is a coaching session focused on clarity, strategy, and forward momentum. We don’t dig into trauma—but we do explore patterns, mindset, and tools you can use right away to feel more emotionally in control.
  • What makes your approach different?
    I combine mental health insight with practical coaching tools. My work is based on the biopsychosocial model (which looks at how your mind, body, and environment interact) and is informed by years of experience supporting high-achieving women through emotional burnout, stress, and self-doubt.
  • Who is this for?
    This is for you if you’re a professional woman who looks like she has it all together on the outside—but feels overwhelmed, reactive, or emotionally drained on the inside. You want structure, real tools, and someone who gets it.
  • What will I walk away with after a session?
    Each session includes a personalized plan—something you can actually implement in your daily life. Whether you book one session or a full program, you’ll leave with clarity, tools, and a sense of emotional reset.
  • Is this a one-time thing, or can I keep working with you?
    You can absolutely start with one session, and if you want more support, I offer deeper coaching programs (3-week and 6-week formats). We’ll talk about that if it feels like a good fit for you.
